Eligibility for Refunds

Product Returns: Exchange or Refund. The customer ensured that he or she received the items in perfect condition and that these items had not been used in any way to qualify for the refund.
Digital Products: For any downloaded/handled digital material like e-books, software, etc., a refund is possible only if the product has not been opened or accessed in any way.
Custom Orders: However, due to our customized products, we are unable to provide any refund amount for our products once purchased.

Processing Time

Exchanges

Interchangeable services are not provided; only accommodation can be exchanged with another form of accommodation in our offerings. Should you require a different product, then they should return this one but place an order for the other product.
